Football predictions for tomorrow

Ludogorets hosts Ballkani in the city of Razgrad in a second game from the Champions League’s first qualifying round. It’s a good time to have a look at this match and offer you our football predictions for tomorrow.

Kosovo’s Ballkani caused a huge surprise during the first game against Ludogorets in Pristina. Although being a complete underdog, Ballkani celebrated a solid 2-0 win against the Bulgarian champion. Korenica opened the score against Ludogorets while Zyba doubled the lead in the second half.

Ludogorets’ head coach Ivaylo Petev admitted that he didn’t expect such a bad performance from his players. Things got even worse a few days later when Ludogorets suffered another upset in the first round of the Bulgarian league. The Eagles faced Krumovgrad away from home but conceded a 1-3 defeat against one of the newcomers in the league.

Ivaylo Petev used different players in these two matches so right now he’s probably not sure who to pick in the second leg against Ballkani. For example, the Bulgarian international Todor Nedelev didn’t play in the first game in Kosovo, but he could be in line to participate in the rematch. The experienced striker Spas Delev is another player who could start from the first minute against Ballkani.

In contrast to Ludogorets, Ballkani didn’t have a game during the weekend as Kosovo’s league haven’t started just yet. This means they would be a bit more fresh than their Bulgarian opponents.

Ballkani’s major goal on Wednesday would be to use their advantage in order to reach the second round. If they eliminate Ludogorets it would be one of the major achievements in their history so far.

That’s our football predictions for tomorrow for the upcoming Champions League qualifying game between Ludogorets and Ballkani. Can the Bulgarian team eliminate their opponent’s advantage from the first leg? Let’s see.
